CYPHERIUM -The Enterprise-Ready Blockchain

Since I became exposed to the Blockchain industry, I always look out for potential projects that can disrupt blockchain technology with better usecase.
One of these projects is CYPHERIUM.

The first High performance blockchain infrastructure with Byzantine Fault Tolerance and Java smart contracts.



Cypherium is a highly scalable and robust smart contract platform. Their hybrid design features a joint Proof-of-Work (PoW) and Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance (PBFT) consensus mechanism that can achieve thousands of transactions per second without sacrificing decentralization. It also implements a Turing-complete virtual machine for smart contracts that runs on Java, the most widely-utilized and reliable programming language in the world. This enables the project to democratize the development of smart contracts and lower the barrier to blockchain adoption for existing enterprise.


Current blockchain infrastructures have many shortcomings, and this has kept enterprise customers from fully exploring blockchain technology’s potential.

With Cypher token (“CPH”) the cypherium native token, will be used to execute secured transactions on the blockchain, and give users access to a more complex set of smart contract functions, such as sophisticated decentralized apps and implementing deferred payments.
