STEP #8: Put This Strategy On Autopilot-Automation & Outsourcing.
So far we have talked about
• Creating Facebook Pages
• Buying old-style Facebook Groups
• Building a following of thousands of Facebook Fans and Group Members (in a specific market)
• Finding relevant products and offers that they might be interested in.
• Communicating with your Fans and members, and monetizing your network by telling them about certain products, services, and offers.
 
By following this strategy outline above, a lot of people are making $1,000 to $3,000 per month.
 
The problem, though, is that most of them are doing all the work themselves, and it is tying up their TIME.
How can they use MORE LEVERAGE, make MORE money, AND free up their time?
How can they turn this into an automated income stream?
.That’s where Automation and Outsourcing come in.
 
Putting this Strategy on Autopilot.
Once you have understood the basic strategy explained in this course, you are ready to EXPAND and rapidly scale your business up.
 
You can do this by OUTSOURCING this work to workers in the Philippines, who will work full-time for you, for less than $200 a month.
‘Outsourcing’ – definition: “The practice of having certain job functions done outside a company instead of having an in-house employee handle them, so as to concentrate on what you do best and where you create the maximum value.”
 
I recommend that you hire 1 to 10 outsourcers, gradually, to work on this business for you.
 
Here’s the strategy, in a nutshell:
1. Hire 1 to 10 outsourcers at http://manila.en.craigslist.com.ph – offer $150 to $200 a month for a ‘VA’ – Virtual Assistant – that will help you with Facebook marketing tasks.
2. Each outsourcer creates and manages 4 (or more) Facebook accounts.
3. Each outsourcer focuses on 1 specific target market (e.g. ‘weight loss’).
4. Each outsourcer joins 100 relevant Facebook Groups and Facebook Pages per Facebook Account.
5. Each outsourcer adds 150-200 new friends a day from those Pages and Groups.
6. Each outsourcer creates 1 new Facebook Group and 1 new Facebook Page per facebook account (i.e. 4 Facebook Groups and 4 Facebook Pages per outsourcer, initially – though this can grow to HUNDREDS of pages and groups per outsourcer).
7. Each outsourcer posts 4 updates a day on the Facebook Pages’ Wall, 4 posts a day to the Facebook accounts’ walls; and send 2 messages/week to Group members.
8. Result: Georgina gets AT LEAST 2,000 clicks per month per outsourcer (highly targeted traffic) and $1,000 in affiliate commissions per outsourcer on average.
 
Note: this number will grow naturally, as the more your Facebook Groups and Pages grow, the MORE traffic and sales they will generate.
 
How to hire an outsourcer
You can hire hundreds and even thousands of well-educated English proficient workers in the Philippines, for just $200 a month, to work full-time on making you money on Facebook.
 
Here’s what you do…
First, go to http://manila.en.craigslist.com.ph and click on ‘post to classifieds’. Next, click on ‘job offered’.
Then click on ‘I will abide by these guidelines’, at the bottom of the page.
There are 32 different categories of workers to choose from (including ‘web design/tech’), but I prefer to choose the ‘Admin/Office jobs’ category:
On the next page, you need to post your job requirements and your contact details.
 
This is the job post that I use:
VA Facebook Marketing.
I am looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant (VA) to assist my company with marketing activities on Facebook.
Full training is provided.
Requirements:
- Must speak good English
- Must have Internet access at home Daily Tasks:
- Adding Friends on Facebook (from relevant, targeted Facebook groups)
- Joining relevant, targeted Facebook Groups
- Accepting Friend requests
- Creating Facebook Accounts
- Creating Facebook Pages
- Creating Facebook Groups
- Sending Facebook Group messages
- Posting updates on Facebook Account walls
- Posting updates on Facebook Pages walls
- Inviting friends to like our pages
- Inviting friends to join our groups
- Creating Facebook Events and inviting friends to event
- Buying Fiverr.com gigs and supervising completion

Once you’ve received the email from Craigslist, click on the link in order to publish your ad onto their website.
 
You should receive 5-10 CVs over the next 2-4 days, of people in the Philippines eager to start working for you. (Re-post your ad once a week, to get more results)
 
Add them on Skype, and speak to them – do a brief interview, to check their level of English.
Ask them why they want this job, ask them about previous jobs they’ve held, ask them about what they want from this job, etc.
Give them a simple task to complete – for example one of the following:
- Create a Facebook Page (or a Facebook Group)
- Create a new Facebook account
- Join 100 Facebook groups in the weight loss niche market
- Contact 20 potential JV partners on Facebook (e.g. creators of Facebook Groups relating to the ‘Forex’ market) and arrange some joint ventures.
 
Key qualities your outsourcer must have:
1. Must speak good English
2. Must complete first task well and in time
3. Must have internet access at home!
 
What you need to do (at least at first):
1. Hire outsourcers
2. Train them, give them clear instructions, show them exactly what they need to do
3. Track their individual results (traffic, affiliate commissions earned, growth of Pages, Groups, and Accounts) and fire under-performing outsourcers.
4. Find relevant offers and affiliate products to sell, and create the affiliate links, write the messages and facebook updates
 
Note: you can outsource all of these tasks too.
 
Managing Your Team – daily supervision
1. They absolutely MUST send you a daily update.
.This is a short email detailing what activities they completed that day, what challenges they encountered, and how they got around them.
2. You can hire one outsourcer to manage the rest of your team (once you have 6 or more outsourcers)
 
Motivating Your Team – carrot & stick approach
1. Reward your best-performing outsourcers (e.g. $100 bonus, a Flip camera, etc.)
2. Fire your worst-performing outsourcers every 2-3 months.
 
This process of rewarding your best outsourcers and firing the non-performing ones will result in having a solid team of highly profitable, well-trained outsourcers.
 
How To Be A Great Manager
1. Be CLEAR about your expectations about EXACTLY what you want and expect from your employee, what they are being measured upon.
2. Make sure you inspect their work. They need to know somebody cares about their work and what they are doing. Make sure you show an interest in their DEVELOPMENT.
3. Comment positively on their work at least ONCE every 5 days.

How to use software Automation.
OK, now we’re getting to the really exciting stuff. This involves using FB Auto Traffic software to automate a lot of your Facebook tasks.
